The basic rules are to spend at least an hour a day working on code and to post your progress on twitter and github.

A few things going on that might mean I cant get the full 60 minutes in so I am saying 30 minutes at least each day. Also, some of these projects, the code at least, will not be publically available, so it will be the site here that I will be posting short updates on.

The time spent on writing the post, will not be counted towards the time spent coding.... unless the post is a learning, information post.

Nothing I do, code wise, for work can count towards the time

Yep once again setting myself up to fail but I cewrtainly have enough work coming through that means I will need to spend a good while programming. Day one here I come!
